America is in the middle of an epidemic of several health conditions:

    • Obesity/overweight
    • Diabetes
    • High blood pressure
    • Heart Disease

Is there something that we can do. You bet! We can change our lifestyle. How do you do that? There are two ways:

    1) You can go to a live-in lifestyle center and spend thousands of dollars, or

    2) You can attend a CHIP class and learn some of the same principles.

The CHIP program is a DVD based program featuring Dr. Hans Diehl who developed the program. Dr. Diehl shares health information that will shock you. Woven into the program are delicious samples of healthful foods that are delicious, nutritious, and easy to prepare.

You will learn about the basic food groups and how to distribute your meals. You will learn that breakfast, the meal most often skipped, is really the most important meal of the day.

    Come join us in January
